Polywogs/Parent Tot Classes

This class is for tot’s ages 18 months to three years.  This program provides a child (guided by one of his or her parents) with his/her first structured exercise experience in a fun and colorful learning atmosphere.  You will learn and use proven techniques to help develop your child’s sensory motor coordination and self-confidence.  Each session your child will reach new milestones in development.  Through the use of gymnastics equipment such as incline mats, barrels, tunnels, trampolines and balance beams your child will not only enhance his/her balance and coordination, but will have a fun time with Mom or Dad!

Flippin Frogs / Boys & Girls, Ages 3

Your child will take gymnastics class on his/her own for the first time.  Parents are always welcome to observe from our lobby areas with our state of the art camera system.  Your child will work on strength, coordination, flexibility and balance through age specific activities on the Olympic events as well as the use of donuts, parachutes, and trampolines.  This program will enhance their listening skills and help them learn to follow directions in our safe and FUN environment.

Leapin Lizards / Boys & Girls, Ages 5&6 (Pre-K – Kindergarten)

This class is a step above the 3 year old program.  This program is designed for girls and boys who are preparing to move from a preschool class into a recreational gymnastics class.  In these transitory classes, the emphasis is placed on developing specific gymnastics skills through progressive activities on each of the gymnastics equipment.  It emphasizes developing gymnastics skills such as handstands, cartwheels and bridges.

Preschool Graduation

Celebrate your childs progress!  In June, all of our preschool friends will be invited to "graduate" to the next year.
