Choose your favorite coach to work with you individually (or with a friend) on any skill.  Scheduling depending on coaches’ availability. Please schedule through the front desk. 
 
Clinics
BACKHANDSPRING CLINICS
Whether you have your backhandspring or not, this clinic is for you! Improve your strength and technique with an hour of conditioning, basics, drills, and progressions taught by your favorite coach.
EVENT CLINICS
Great on floor, but not on beam?  Love vault, but struggle on bars? These clinics are for you! One hour will be spent on each event to help those who are behind in only one area.  A great alternative to private lessons.  Call the front desk for dates and times.
 
Parents Night Out
Drop your kids off for 4 hours on a Saturday night and take time for yourself!  Children are given open gym time, pizza, and a movie while you get some quality time to do something just for you!
 
Open Gym
Supervised but unstructured, this 2 hour block of time on Sundays gives your child the chance to work on skills they are learning in class.
 
MOMS Clubs, Boy/Girl Scout Troops, Group Events
Special demonstrations, challenges, and group lessons can be set up to suit your group's needs.  Come see what we are all about! !
 
Camps
Giant Gymnastics hosts mini and full week camps throughout the year.  Themed, fun-filled camps expose children to gymnastics, fitness, social settings, and more! !  Call the front desk for upcoming camp dates and information.  We'll get you signed up right over the phone!

 

Specialty Classes
 Giant Gymnastics now offers classes in specialty areas: Trampoline, Snowboarding (seasonal), Pilates, and Zumba!
TRAMPOLIONE emphasizes proper technique and form for learning skills on our competition-size trampoline. Forty-five minutes of jumping, conditioning, flexibility, and proper technique.
SNOWBOARDING CLASSES(November- February) teach awareness and technique for jumps and spins.
PILATES focuses on increasing circulation and helping oxygen flow properly through the body. Each class focuses on stabilizing abdominal muscle control, improving flexibility and posture, building strength in arms and legs without bulk, and increasing body awareness and confidence.
ZUMBA ditches the workout and becomes a party you won't skip!  Zumba fuses hypnotic latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program that will blow you away! Small class size keeps it friendly and inviting, while still having a high energy level! No experience necessary, just join the party!
